ILEX GLABRA `DENSA`

This tough, durable broadleaf evergreen is an outstanding American Beauties plant due to its ability to provide year round cover for a host of native bird species while providing an excellent food source for these same birds with its black berries. Even better, ‘Densa’ is such an easy plant to grow and tolerates just about any landscape situation, especially sandy soils or places prone to exposure to road salt or seaside conditions. Plant it individually or in groups to form a low barrier or screen, thick with small, dark green, lustrous foliage.
